What's is a Web Check-in Form and why do I have to fill one out?
Local regulations require from us to register with tax authorities your details for every stay. For this reason all reservations require a guest web check-in submition prior arrival.
Guest safety is a top priority. The Web Check-in form sumition process confirms your identity, and provides all guests the peace-of-mind that only verified guests stay with us.
I booked through Airbnb, booking.com, etc. and I am a verified user, should I still share my personal information with you?
Platforms verification is limited inside their system and never any of your information it is shared with us.

Could you provide me with the exact address before I book?
For security reasons, we’ll provide the exact address only after booking, however, you can always contact us and we will happy to provide you the street name and offer you information about the neighborhood.
What should I expect after booking my apartment and before arrival?
You should submit your details with the web check-in form any time before your arrival.
We will also like to inform us of your expected arrival and departure times as soon as you know them.
We will contact you a few days before your journey just to make sure that everything is okay on your side, and give you the check-in instructions.
However, if you plan to start your trip earlier and you are not sure that you will be having access to the internet, please let us know in advance so we can contact you earlier.

When will I be charged?
Your full payment will be processed when you book. Rates include cleaning and all applicable fees, so there are no additional fees.
What's the cancellation policy?
If you’ve booked directly on UPSTREET.io, you can cancel your reservation up to 15 days before your arrival date for a full refund*. Reservations cancelled after this are non-refundable.
*for stays longer than 30 days different policies apply, please contact us for advice
If you’ve reserved through a different booking site, please refer to the cancellation policy on those sites. All cancellation requests must go through the original booking channel.
Is there a security deposit?
If you have booked on UPSTREET.io we will charge or pre-authorize your card with a 250 Euro security deposit for every stay less than 30 days, 1 month rent for stays of 1-6 months and 2 moths rent for stays longer than 6 months.

Can I book last-minute?
Reservations confirmed at least 24 hrs before arrival on UPSTREET.io are always secured after successfully receiving payment. If you book last minute we will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible to let you know if we will be able to accomodate you.

Can I check-in early?
We always try to accommodate early check-in requests, depending on availability. Your apartment cleaniness is our top priority. For this reason we cannot confirm avaialbility until the very last moment because last minute reservations or schedule changes happen all the time.
Conctact us with your request one day before your arrival and if possible, we will make sure you have access to the apartment earlier.
Can I checkout late?
We always try to accommodate late check-out requests, as long as there is no clash with other bookings. However, we cannot confirm availability until the last day before your departure, since last minute reservations and changes happen all the time.
Please contact us with your request the afternoon before your departure to let you know if you can check out late.
If a late check out is possible, requests before 14:00 are accomodated for free. In case you want to check-out later than 14.00 and until 20.00, there is a late check-out fee which is 30€.
If you wish to check-out requests later than that or need to secure your late departure we advise you to book one more night.
In case we will unable to accommodate your late check-out request, you can store your luggage for a small fee on nearby luggage storage stores. Plese contact us for advise.
Do you provide luggage storage?
Unfortunately, we don’t provide luggage storage services in our properties. However, you can store your luggage for a small fee on nearby luggage storage stores.

How do I access the apartment?
You will be able to self check-in in most of our properties. In most cases this mean that you will receive the keys from a lock-box near the apartment’s building entrance. Some apartments feature keyless, electronic locks for seamless access
You will receive instructions a few days before your arrival and after you have successfully submitted the web check-in form. Make always sure you also check your spam folder because sometimes messages could arrive there.

Can I smoke in the aparment?
All UPSTREET apartments are 100% smoke free.
Is parking available?
Parking options vary by locations. Most central Athens locations do not offer a parking space, however, paid private parking spaces are available close to all our properties.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, while we love our furry friends as much as you do, we cannot welcome them in our Apartments. We try to keep our apartments welcoming to those with allergies.
For longer stays (more than 15 days) we can accomodate pets, however, you will be charged a special cleaning after your departure. Please contact guests@upstreet.io well in advance to secure aproval.
Is there a front desk in UPSTREET properties?
UPSTREET operates mostly in residential buildings, where also locals live. That means that we do not have a front desk in any of our properties.

Do you offer Wi-Fi?
We offer free wi-fi internet in all our properties.
Do you offer towels and linen?
We provide high quaity essentials (towels, linen, bath products, etc.) for all guests; however, we don’t replace towels and bed linen or refill bath products during your stay.
Are baby cots available at all of your apartments?
We can provide a baby crib, upon request with an additional charge. Please mention it on your reservation.
